Xela -Council of Time Guardians

All inhabital planets (KOI-1686.01, Gliese 667 Cc, Earth etc.) have a couple of Time Guardians, the authority on space/time travel. But like all authoritith figures they are both despiced and appreciaded, yet to the majority of living organisms they are unknown. They aren't allowed to interfere in contact with their former race. As they are picked by the council or the Time Master himself, after having spend first couple years at their homeplanet as a 'normal' inhabitant of their specy - Not knowing of their fate. This is to allow them to grow experience, without having the disturbance of their lifespan decreasing 50 % once they start their duty. This may however not apply to simpler life forms, as all (Yep.. All of them) targeted species are the ones who realm the top of the foodchain at their homeplanet. The Time Master, of which nowone knows his real identity, had created this alternate timespace: A dimension which exists between all and at the same time being all possible space. In here all creatures are made somewhat the same hight and intelligence and speak the same tongue as well as gravitation allows both creatures of sea, earth and sky to move freely and breath all the same.

She is Xela and she is a terrible suppressor of truth and emotion.. And something went wrong whilst in training, therefor summoned to the Council to receive judgement. She is uthmost honourable and loyal to the set of laws she has been teached, so what could have gone wrong? All time tools differ per specy, with humans they wield a wand. But the additional power are individually based, which in her case are expressed as the horns.

I wouldn't spill too many details as to prevent from spoiling upcoming drawings. Not sure if she is one of the main characters or not and if I'lld keep her design this way. At least some things are going to be added to her personality and I'm sorry if this is drawn too sexy >//< Any critic/advice is welcome! =3
